Life as a man

What does it mean to be a man. A question that just creeped in my mind. Many at times we have seen men being dead beat dads, violent thugs, prisoners, bandits and so many bad titles. This has made society label men as animals, 'dogs' and savages. So this makes me wonder what does it take to be called a man, a REAL MAN.
